LuxeSculpt Pro™ Lifetime Warranty – Terms & Conditions

The cost of the lifetime warranty is $10.00 USD at the time of purchase.

What the Lifetime Warranty Covers

The LuxeSculpt Pro Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Electrical or mechanical failures that occur during normal, intended use

  • Defects that prevent the device from functioning as designed

If a covered issue occurs, we will repair or replace the device at our discretion, free of charge (excluding shipping, if applicable).

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling

  • Accidental damage, drops, water exposure, or impact damage

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or fading over time

  • Damage caused by use inconsistent with the product instructions

  • Lost or stolen devices

Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for the Lifetime Warranty:

  • The product must be purchased directly from luxesculptpro.com or an authorized retailer

  • Proof of purchase may be required

  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable

How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our support team at support@luxesculptpro.com

  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue

  3. Include photos or videos if requested to help diagnose the problem

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Replacement Policy

  • Replacement units may be new or refurbished and will be of equal or greater value

  • Replacements do not restart or extend the lifetime warranty

  • LuxeSculpt Pro reserves the right to discontinue models and replace them with a comparable product if necessary

Shipping & Handling

  • Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty returns

  • LuxeSculpt Pro is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments during return transit

Limitation of Liability

This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages. LuxeSculpt Pro is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from misuse or improper use of the device.

Warranty Changes

LuxeSculpt Pro reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time. Any changes will not affect warranties already issued.
